Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with applicable legislation.
Return conditions
- The goods must be returned complete, undamaged and in their original condition.
- The buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if they have been handled beyond what is necessary to determine their characteristics and functionality.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order according to the customer’s individual requirements (e.g. non-standard dimensions, structural modifications, special coatings, etc.)
- Returns further do not apply to goods that have already been installed, modified or used normally.

- After receiving your return request, we will agree with you on the next steps and the date for collecting or returning the goods.
- Return of goods is only possible after prior agreement with the seller.
- In-person return is possible after prior agreement with the seller.
- The goods must be returned complete, undamaged and, if possible, in their original condition.
- After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the money to you no later than 14 days, using the same payment method unless the parties agree otherwise.
Return costs
The costs of collecting the returned goods are borne by the seller.
Important notice
Garden sheds and wooden structures are often made to order according to customer specifications. Such goods are not subject to the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason (Section 1837 of the Civil Code).
If it is a standard model without individual modifications, the standard 14-day period for withdrawal from the contract applies.
